Tech Unreal partnered with Astec Industries to produce a series of high-quality 3D renders and technical visualisations for their industrial plants and asphalt mixing facilities. This industrial CGI project focuses on showcasing complex machinery, plant layout, and manufacturing infrastructure with photorealistic accuracy. The visuals are designed to communicate technical functionality, material usage, and production workflows for marketing, internal presentations, and stakeholder engagement.

Our team used a grounded industrial colour palette with steel greys, matte blacks, and safety yellows to maintain brand identity while enhancing realism. Real-world materials such as brushed aluminium, weathered concrete, and powder-coated steel were recreated with care. From structural supports to silos, valves, ducts, and conveyors, each component was modelled in full technical fidelity.

Lighting was carefully planned to highlight industrial textures and metal surfaces, using HDRI setups that mimic natural daylight and sharp shadows. Composition and camera angles were selected to emphasise workflow clarity, mechanical engineering, and site-scale orientation.

These visuals support Astec in product marketing, project visualisation, stakeholder pitches, and digital asset libraries. Ideal for industrial manufacturing firms, these renderings prove how CGI can simplify complex concepts without losing technical detail.
