Welcome to Tech Unreal ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.techunreal.in ("Website") and our services. By accessing the Website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.

1. Company Overview

Tech Unreal is a design-led visualisation studio offering CGI, 3D rendering, and animation services for architectural, product, industrial, and automotive sectors.

2. Services Offered

Our services include, but are not limited to:

Architectural visualisation (residential, commercial, interiors, aerials)
Product rendering and material visualisation
Industrial and infrastructure CGI
Automotive rendering and animation
Animation and walkthrough production
Consultation on 3D visual strategy

3. User Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

4. Booking & Payments

A formal project briefing and proposal will precede all bookings.
A minimum 50% advance payment is required to initiate work.
Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or authorised gateways.
Invoices must be cleared within 7 business days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments will incur a 10% monthly late fee.

5. Project Scope & Revisions

Scope and deliverables are mutually agreed upon in writing before commencement.
Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions; additional changes are billed.
Material changes to scope after approval may require a new agreement.

6. Timeline & Delivery

Timelines depend on project complexity.
Delays due to client-side issues (late feedback, missing files, etc.) may impact delivery.
Tech Unreal will inform clients of any internal delays.

7. Intellectual Property & Licensing

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for agreed purposes.
Tech Unreal retains the right to showcase final work in portfolios, social platforms, and promotional material unless covered under a signed NDA.
Source files (including but not limited to .psd, .blend, .aep, etc.) remain the property of Tech Unreal unless otherwise licensed or transferred explicitly.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality on sensitive project data.
NDAs can be signed upon request.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Projects cancelled before work begins may be eligible for a refund minus transaction fees.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
For major disputes, both parties agree to seek a fair and mutual resolution.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

Tech Unreal provides services "as is" and does not guarantee specific outcomes unless explicitly agreed.
We do not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free deliverables beyond the agreed scope.
The client is responsible for usage context, including real-world applications and misinterpretations.

11. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, internet outages, or government regulations.

13. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or assume responsibility for their content or policies.

14. Data Protection & Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with applicable Indian data protection laws.

15. Amendments

Tech Unreal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Website and services signifies acceptance of updated terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
